How a dispute actually proceeds
Step one. Send the page URL, the specific claim you dispute, and what you believe the correct position is. General objections to tone or conclusion are noted; specific factual disputes are investigated.
Step two. We reopen our own source. If we captured a figure from your published page on a stated date, we check whether that page has since changed — which happens often, and is a legitimate reason for a discrepancy rather than an error on either side.
Step three. If the evidence supports your position, we correct and log it publicly with the date, the previous wording and the reason. If it does not, we publish your response alongside the original claim.
The two fastest routes to a change
Publish your all-in price at a maintenance dose, including every required fee. A company that does this can be compared accurately, which is generally to the advantage of companies with nothing to hide.
Name your fulfilling pharmacy and its registration class. No provider in our dataset has done this, so every pharmacy relationship on this site is labelled unverified. That label disappears the day it is answered.
What a provider cannot do
Preview coverage before publication. Approve or edit our conclusions. Have an accurate finding removed. Or obtain a scoring adjustment in exchange for cooperation, data, or anything else.
Those limits apply to every company without exception, and stating them plainly is what makes the right of response meaningful rather than decorative.
